My intention

In 2018, I fulfilled my dream of owning a finca in the beautiful mountains near Hojancha. Since my family and I spend most of our time in Germany for work and family reasons, I would like to give people who appreciate the benefits of this little paradise the opportunity to buy it now. With my experience and local knowledge, I am happy to help when it comes to exploring the beauty of the immediate surroundings and the area. Of course, my good contact with the locals (Ticos) is also an advantage.
