The region around Hojancha on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica is one of the world's five blue zones where the quality of life is particularly high. The canton of Hojancha is also known for being one of the safest areas in all of Costa Rica. Our Finca Tres Vistas is located in the mountains above the district town of Hojancha at an altitude of 700 meters. It takes just a few minutes by car to get to Hojancha and about 50 minutes to the most beautiful Pacific beaches such as Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo. The climate on the property is pleasant all year round, so neither air conditioning nor heating is necessary. From the house and property you can enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Nicoya, majestic mountain ridges and, on a clear day, the volcanoes Rincon de la Vieja, Tenorio and Miravalles on the horizon. Hence the name "Finca tres Vistas".

The natural surroundings mean that you can observe many animals, such as a variety of birds, including parrots, butterflies, toucans, hummingbirds, etc. Monkeys also come to visit regularly, tumbling around in the trees in the nearby forest. The property has many organic, unsprayed fruits such as bananas, oranges, tangerines, mangoes, manga, star fruit and in May/June even avocados. So you can pick your own healthy fruit fresh from the tree. A little below the house there is a newly built small chicken coop with a fenced-in enclosure where you can keep your own organic chickens and get eggs. High-quality public mountain spring water from the Asada is available for the water supply, and the house is of course connected to the public ICE power grid. Everything you need to enjoy life.
